Azrie Hanafie

Azrie completed his tertiary education at Universiti Malaya, Faculty of Law, with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. He distinguished himself through practical legal experience and a passion for the legal profession.

During his time at UM Law School, Azrie gained valuable experience through internships, moot court competitions, as well as volunteerism as he believes in giving back to society. His craving for legal knowledge is evidenced by his dedication to interning and working as a part-time paralegal throughout his third year up until his final year in law school.

Azrie then commenced and completed his pupillage focusing on Banking Litigation. He has, though not in person, appeared in all levels of courts in Malaysia owing to his passion for drafting submissions. Azrie finds drafting submissions an art distinct to every individual lawyer which offers captivating views and at times peculiar.
As a goal-oriented person, Azrie is always eager to familiarise himself with as many areas of law as possible. Owing to that reason, he joined Messrs Kah Sheng & Co. which offers both civil and criminal practice for him to get involved in. Azrie wishes to utilise his knowledge to provide exceptional legal services and advice to those who seek his assistance.

Azrie's journey through law school, combined with his extensive practical experience and dedication to the legal field, has uniquely prepared him for a successful career.
